Croydon Model Railroad Club's 2007 Model Railway Exhibition
Our third show for 2007 was held at the Croydon Model Railway CLub's show over 15&16th September 2007.
We anticipated a good two days of model railroading,a nd being only 30 minutes away, a easy one to creew and get to.
Crowds were very low, which is always dissapointing, but those who did come would have enjoyed what was seen.
Austrains was a key factor that ha dmany of our members buying locos and rollingstock. We also hosted a operable
"Y" most of the show, shunting the yard all day. The DL made a appearance as well.
This show was the debut of ourt cement plant siding. It is an additon that allows more shunting and was a
execellant match with the new Austrains cement wagons. The plant looked a treat, as if it was always there.
